Job Description
Ampath Laboratories is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives that drive collaboration, efficiency, and digital transformation. This role involves guiding teams through complex projects, ensuring milestones are met, and turning challenges into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead IT projects across the full lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and reflection.

Collaborate with leadership to assess and implement future network and IT infrastructure needs.

Design and deploy robust network solutions, including vendor engagement for best technologies.

Oversee operational IT systems to ensure stability, security, and high performance.

Serve as Scrum Master where needed, facilitating progress meetings and team engagement.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and succession.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Business Administration (postgraduate qualification advantageous).

Certification: Industry-recognized Project Management certification.

Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on project management experience.

Skills:

Proficiency with project management software and methodologies (Agile, ITIL).

Understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, and data communications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Emotional intelligence and people-centred leadership.

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, travel, or work overtime as required.
