Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient operation of the frontline reception for the Semono Building, providing professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.

  • Take messages and handle queries from parents, students, staff, and service providers.

  • Perform administrative duties: manage emails, distribute internal mail, accept deliveries, organise meetings, and other ad hoc tasks.

  • Maintain and administer the electronic facilities booking system.

  • Coordinate bus bookings for staff and students.

  • Maintain and administer the access control database with Security.

  • Capture purchase orders and invoices on the procurement system.

  • Assist with onboarding Operations Department vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Certificate in Office Management and Administration or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in reception and office administration (customer service environment preferred).

  • Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional telephone etiquette.

  • Ability to interact with parents, staff, and the Saints community with diplomacy and tact.

  • Customer service orientation with ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure.

  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

  • Punctuality, honesty, and reliability.

  • Valid sexual offenders and criminal clearance certificates.

  • Willingness to work within the Christian ethos and mission of the College, and participate in broader school life.
