About the Learnership

Capitec Bank is looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals passionate about service in the banking industry. This is part of a national talent pipeline, where qualified candidates will be considered for future matching opportunities.

Purpose of the Role

  • Welcome clients and coordinate branch flow efficiently.

  • Provide excellent client service at ATMs and self-service channels.

  • Complete transactions and gain skills for a career in service consulting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

  • Clear criminal and credit record.

  • Detectable fingerprints on Capitec’s internal banking system.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience

  • Some client service experience within retail, financial, or banking environments.

  • Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and internal business processes.

Skills Required

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Relationship management skills

  • Ambition, clarity of goals, and eagerness to learn
