Minimum Requirements

Completed Matric with Mathematics and English (minimum 40%).

Physical Science is an added advantage.

N2 with 4–5 subject passes in the relevant discipline or NCV Level 4 in an appropriate trade.

Age: 18–35 years old.

Currently unemployed.

Medically fit in terms of MHSA 29 of 1996.

Willingness to work in a mining/heavy industrial environment.

Prepared to work shifts if required.

South African citizen (preference given to applicants from Port Shepstone).
Key Responsibilities

Work and train in a mining/industrial environment.

Complete both theoretical and practical modules.

Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Successfully complete assessments to progress through the programme.
