Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct engaging water polo training sessions for U14–Open players.

Coach and manage teams during fixtures, tournaments, and festivals.

Develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and love for the game.

Collaborate with the Head of Swimming/Sports department to align with the College’s sporting vision.

Ensure a safe, positive, and disciplined environment at all times.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in coaching competitive water polo (school or club level).
-
Relevant coaching qualification or accreditation (preferred).
-
Strong communication and organisational skills.
-
Availability for part-time hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends for matches.

Commitment to the values and ethos of Dainfern College.

Provision of a police clearance certificate and an NRSO clearance certificate.
