Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement instructional programs for the GET and FET phases.

Guide and encourage students to reach their academic potential and prepare them for life after graduation.

Deliver future-focused education that motivates and challenges students.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strength of character at all times.

Develop constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, and the community.

Be accountable for academic delivery, assessment, student behavior management, administration, and health & safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed (FET) with a specialization in the subjects to be taught.

SACE certification and police clearance required.
-
2-5 years of teaching experience.
-
2-5 years of specialist subject teaching experience.
-
Computer and digital literacy required.
-
First Aid certification is advantageous.

Capable of organizing and hosting an annual expo to showcase student projects.

Responsible for planning and budgeting materials as required.
