Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all duties as required of an academic teacher.

Lead and manage a Grade R classroom with excellence in teaching and conduct.

Incorporate the school’s values and Christian ethos into daily teaching and school life.

Commit to school-specific activities and events.
-
Provide commitment to extra-mural activities, including Aftercare duty.
Competencies, Skills & Requirements:
-
A recognized Degree in Foundation Phase Teaching.
-
8-10 years of teaching experience in a Pre-Preparatory environment.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, students, and parents.
-
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
-
Enthusiastic, assertive, and flexible with a warm, nurturing disposition.
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
-
Creative and open approach to education.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Must be a team player.
-
Computer literacy and proficient IT skills are imperative.
-
Proof of registration with SACE.
