Key Responsibilities:

Successfully complete all theoretical learning, practical training, and skills assessments.

Complete documentation for the required experience, including Logbook, Skills, and Training records.

Maintain a safe working environment according to safety policies and procedures.

Demonstrate effective communication, good behavior, and teamwork.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual balanced scorecard objectives.
-
Take ownership of self-management and performance, with accurate reporting on completed tasks.

Operate and qualify on certain component repairs.
Qualification, Experience, and Competencies:
-
Grade 12 / N3 with Pure Mathematics.
-
Grade 12 / N3 with English, minimum pass of 50%.
-
N3/N4 with relevant theory in Motor, Diesel, or Electrical fields (an added advantage).
-
Technician for the World (T4W) certificate (an added advantage).
-
Computer literacy (an added advantage).
-
Familiarity with basic hand tools and their functionality.
-
Experience working in a workshop or laboratory with hand tools is an advantage.
-
Basic knowledge and understanding of vehicle components and parts.
-
Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and weekends.
