As a Garment Technologist, you will ensure that we maintain a high standard of fashionable quality for our consumers. Your technical knowledge and attention to detail will guide you in making accurate garment construction recommendations to maintain the business’s quality standards.
This opportunity is based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities

Set and maintain quality standards for the business.

Support suppliers in achieving Truworths’ quality expectations.

Advise and support the buying team during fit stages from design to manufacturing.

Approve merchandise for production.

Manage and reduce customer returns.

Contribute to product development processes.
Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Clothing Technology or related field.

Relevant work experience in garment technology or manufacturing.

Supplier experience will be an added advantage.
