We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our retail team as a Permanent Store Assistant. You will deliver exceptional service, assist customers with purchases, and ensure a seamless and sophisticated shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Control & Accuracy

Perform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances.

Manage daily cash control and banking processes.

Handle manual transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stock Management & Organisation

Execute daily stock procedures to maintain store excellence.

Manage customer orders with efficiency and attention to detail.

Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain storeroom organisation.

Complete shoe pairing exercises to uphold display and stock integrity.
Customer Service & Sales Support

Deliver a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

6 months – 1 year retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
