Job Summary
This graduate programme provides exposure to digital product development and analytics within a dynamic team. The role supports Product Managers and digital teams by assisting with research, data analysis, and product lifecycle activities. It is designed to build foundational skills in digital strategy, customer experience, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Support

Participate in training sessions and shadow Product Managers.

Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.

Stay updated on digital trends and tools.
Research & Analysis
-
Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Prepare insights and reports to guide product decisions.
Product Development Assistance
-
Collect requirements and document user needs.

Contribute in meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Support testing, QA, and backlog organization.

Maintain product documentation.
Customer Engagement
-
Gather and organize customer feedback.

Contribute to initiatives improving user experience.
Operational Tasks

Prepare data sets and visualisations for reporting.

Identify opportunities for product improvement.

Support delivery tasks (Definition of Ready/Done, backlog items, impediments).
Preferred Education

Degree, Diploma, or Technical Vocational Certificate (NQF Level 7 or above) in:

Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Design
