Job Summary
Process Design Graduates work within established teams to solve design problems. They create detailed process designs and user journeys within projects to improve customer experience, process efficiency, and process excellence that positively impact Absa’s customers and deliver business value.
A successful candidate is a self-starter, passionate about problem-solving, solution design, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality process designs that improve customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Execute against the customer experience strategy and apply good process engineering practices.

Deliver continuous improvements to enhance process quality and reduce costs.

Translate process improvements into technical, business, and compliance requirements.

Promote lean and efficient process thinking and contribute to Absa’s Process Design knowledge base.

Solve process inefficiencies and deliver outputs on time.

Develop specialist knowledge and seek mentorship.

Share expertise with peers and fellow graduates.
Education & Field of Study
-
BSc, BEng, or BEng Tech in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Technical Operations Management (completed or in progress to be obtained by end of 2025).
