Job Description
Communicare is a dynamic and independent social enterprise addressing South Africa’s housing crisis. We manage a growing residential portfolio in the affordable and social housing markets, supported by a social development arm that assists tenants with life skills, job seeking, and active aging programs.
This 12-month learnership is within the Finance Asset Management team, where the successful candidate will complete an Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification while gaining practical work experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, Economics, or Finance (Honours preferred)

Strong quantitative background
