Job Description
Communicare is a dynamic and independent social enterprise addressing South Africa’s housing crisis. We manage a growing residential portfolio in the affordable and social housing markets, supported by a social development arm providing tenants with life skills, job-seeking assistance, and active aging programmes.
This 12-month learnership is within the Vulamathuba team, where the successful candidate will complete an Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification while gaining practical work experience.

Requirements

Degree in Social Development, Community Development, Social Science, Humanities, Education, or Adult Education

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)

Tutoring/mentoring experience

PGCE (highly advantageous)
