Key Purpose Statement
Crawford International is seeking a dedicated Intersen Phase Teacher to teach Mathematics to students in Grades 4–7. The successful candidate will guide students in building a strong foundation in Mathematics, fostering abstract thought, and supporting independent work, while nurturing a love for learning. The role also requires the creation of a positive, future-focused learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree (NQF level 6) and PGCE or B.Ed (Intermediate/Intersen or Senior Phase or Foundation Phase).

Willingness to teach as a generalist rather than specializing in one area.

Honours degree with specialisation in an educational sphere or subject-specific area (preferred).

IB PYP Training (preferred).
-
Police Clearance and Valid SACE certificate.
-
Valid Driver’s Licence.
-
3-5 years of teaching experience (with at least 1 year of teaching internship at Principal’s discretion).

Experience and tools for supporting Global Competencies, Inquiry-based Learning, and Computer/Digital Literacy.
