We are now seeking a Call Centre Operator (Chat Agent) to join our team and help expand our student community through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Job Purpose

As a Call Centre Operator (Chat Agent), you will be responsible for recruiting new students to Rosebank College. This will be achieved through proactive relationship management, cold calling, telephonic consultations, and ensuring a high level of brand awareness.

Duties & Responsibilities

Cold Calling:
- Reach out to existing student databases and request referrals.
- Contact parents of current students to inquire about sibling enrollment.
- Revive inactive students from the database.
- Promote Rosebank College to prospective students through effective cold calling.
Telephonic Consultations:
- Make initial contact with prospective students.
- Present the Rosebank College brand, discuss course offerings, and explain enrollment processes.
- Conduct telephonic interviews with prospective students to assess their interest.
- Gather and capture student details on the database.
- Provide detailed course information and answer queries.
- Build rapport and assist with the application process.
- Advise students on application deadlines and next steps.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
- Matric (NQF Level 4 Qualification)
- Sales qualification (Ideal)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience

- Ability to cope effectively with change
- Deadline-driven and capable of working under pressure
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
