We are a well-established, family-owned group of schools in Midrand, Gauteng, comprising an Independent Cambridge-accredited Primary School, two Preschools, and a Swim School. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Headmaster to lead and manage daily operations across all campuses.
Minimum Requirements:

Recognized teaching qualification with SACE registration
-
Minimum 5 years’ school management experience as a Headmaster
-
Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum (advantageous)

Excellent understanding of educational best practices, child development, and school governance
Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership aligned with the school’s ethos and values
-
Oversee academic, administrative, and operational functions across all schools
-
Drive strategic planning, school improvement, and staff development initiatives
-
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment

Lead admissions, marketing, and community engagement
-
Collaborate with the school board on financial planning and resource management
-
Inspire and support staff to achieve excellence
