Requirements

Recognized degree or national diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Relevant certifications: A+, N+, and ITIL.

2–3 years’ experience in ICT helpdesk support.

Computer literate.

Valid driver’s licence.

Knowledge across multiple technical disciplines (workstation connectivity, software, troubleshooting).

Strong customer relations and telephone etiquette.

Expertise in desktop hardware/software fault diagnosis and rectification.

Duties
-
Provide first line support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Offer first-level telephone support and liaise with clients and external vendors on logged calls.

Log and track calls with vendors as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
-
Classify incidents by level, priority, and nature; escalate when required.
-
Administer and monitor activities related to incident resolution.
-
Enhance technical analysis for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
-
Provide guidance on the setup, configuration, and use of computers.
