Requirements
-
Grade 12 plus a three-year National Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (NQF Level 6, 360 credits as recognised by SAQA).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general IT desktop support.

ITIL Foundation Certificate is an added advantage.

Valid driver’s license.

Note: Shortlisted candidates will undertake a pre-entry practical exercise to assess technical and generic requirements.
Duties
-
Optimise business applications and transversal systems in the High Court.
-
Conduct ICT infrastructure operations assessments within the High Court.
-
Respond to all IT support requests, enquiries, and helpdesk calls; escalate when necessary.

Manage IT contracted service providers at the provincial level.
-
Provide provincial and ad hoc reports regarding ICT projects and system utilisation.
