About the Company:
The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) was established by the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (Act No. 9 of 2011). The CSOS is classified as a Schedule 3A Public Entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and serves to promote fairness, transparency, and good governance in community schemes.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the Marketing and Communications team, including:

Providing support with internal and external communication.

Assisting in creating and curating content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.

Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, campaigns, and exhibitions.

Conducting research to support communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Assisting with media monitoring, clipping, and compiling reports on coverage and trends.

Maintaining and updating content calendars for various platforms.

Supporting the development of presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

Capturing and organizing photographs and multimedia content for internal and external use.

Providing administrative support to the communications team, including minute-taking.
Job Requirements:

Be a South African citizen.

Have completed Grade 12 (matric).

A bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.

Basic computer literacy.
-
Not permanently employed.

Have not previously participated in an internship programme.
