Job Description:
CIPC is offering an internship for recent graduates to gain practical work experience in the public service sector. The internship will run for 24 months and will be based at CIPC’s Sunnyside Office, Pretoria. Interns will receive on-the-job training in various aspects of office administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with office administration tasks and ensure smooth operation of office activities.

Support the team in the preparation, filing, and management of documents.

Conduct research and provide support to senior staff in day-to-day tasks.

Participate in internal and external meetings, note-taking, and assisting with preparation of reports.

Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

Perform general administrative duties as required by the department.
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen.

A completed diploma or bachelor’s degree in office administration or a related field.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Must be an unemployed graduate who has not had prior work experience.

Applicants should have never participated in an Internship Programme before.

Applicants must have completed their qualification at a recognized institution.

Must be willing to undergo a qualification and SA citizenship verification process.
