Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedules & Job Cards: Ensure appropriate work schedules/job cards are in place for each position and relevant to the site.

Quality Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high service standards are consistently maintained across all services.

Company Image: Ensure staff are professionally dressed and maintain a clean image, emphasizing the importance of upholding the company’s reputation.

Cleaning Methodology: Ensure cleaning practices strictly adhere to company policies, quality programs, and legal requirements.

Asset Management: Perform monthly spot checks on high-value company assets, ensuring equipment is in good working condition and well-maintained.

Maintenance & Safety: Report maintenance and safety concerns on a daily basis to the manager.

Health & Hygiene: Ensure personal hygiene, health standards, and professional appearance are maintained by all staff.

Communication & Morale: Foster a positive work environment by maintaining good communication with the team and promoting high morale and motivation.
Skills and Competencies:

Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar cleaning or facilities management environment.

Health & Safety Standards: Experience in managing and adhering to health, hospitality, and safety standards.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure all cleaning standards are met.

Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility: Able to work independently, adapt to different challenges, and handle irregular working hours, including after hours and weekends.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12 (Minimum)

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field would be highly advantageous.
