Introduction

They are looking for a dynamic, self-starting individual to join their Client Service Administrator Learnership program in Cape Town. This learnership will help participants gain valuable experience in client service while obtaining an NQF 4 level qualification in Long-term Insurance (INSETA recognized).
Role Purpose
Momentum is offering a 12-month learnership that will start on 1 February 2025. During this period, you will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Successful candidates will be employed for 12 months and receive a monthly stipend. The learnership will not only help you develop essential skills but also open doors to career opportunities like Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

Age: Between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2026).

Matric: Must have passed Matric with:

English

Maths or Accounting

Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Take ownership of client service processes and ensure they are resolved timeously and effectively.

Provide relevant information and documentation as requested, in line with internal guidelines.
