Minimum Requirements:
✅ South African citizen
✅ Age 18–34 years
✅ Matric certificate (NQF 4) minimum; Higher Certificates/Diplomas (NQF 5 or 6) accepted
✅ Unemployed for at least 6 months
✅ Not currently studying
✅ Less than 12 months’ work experience (first job experience only)
✅ No participation in the FirstJob Programme or prior employment with FirstRand
✅ Good command of English
✅ No criminal record or blacklisting
✅ Willingness to complete the learnership while gaining work experience
