Newberry House Montessori School, known for offering authentic Montessori and Cambridge International education, is expanding with a new campus at Spier, just outside Stellenbosch. We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Montessori Guide to join our team at the new campus, opening in 2026.
Position Purpose/Summary:

Education: Guiding children aged 18 months–3 years through authentic Montessori education, aligned with AMI standards

Environment: Maintaining a well-prepared indoor and outdoor Montessori environment

Experience: Facilitating real-life learning experiences for toddlers

Hours: 07:30 – 15:30
Requirements:

Qualifications: A recognised Montessori qualification for 18 months–3 years

Experience: Experience working with toddlers (Montessori experience preferred)

Compliance: SACE registration and valid police clearance

Montessori: A commitment to continual growth in applying authentic Montessori principles

Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills; growth mindset and adaptability
