About the Programme
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is inviting applications for its 2025/26 Internship Programme, designed to equip young graduates with knowledge, skills, and exposure to market conduct regulation and supervision within South Africa’s financial sector.
The goal of the internship is to build a pipeline of competent new entrants into the labour market while supporting FSCA’s mission to:

✅ Protect financial customers through fair treatment

✅ Provide financial education and maintain stability in the financial system
Programme Structure
Successful candidates will:

Be assigned to a division based on their qualifications and career aspirations.

Work under the supervision of a dedicated mentor.

Participate in competency-based training throughout the one-year programme.
