Job Description
The Board of Governors and School Management of Nardini Convent School invites applications for the position of Sports Coach, with the role commencing as soon as possible. We are looking for a dynamic, values-driven individual who promotes holistic learner development through sport, teamwork, and discipline, in alignment with our Catholic Christian ethos.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging sports lessons and co-curricular activities for Grades 1–7

Coach school sports teams and manage fixtures, practices, and tournaments

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal development

Work collaboratively with staff to support learner wellbeing and pastoral care
-
Maintain safeguarding standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment
Requirements
-
Relevant coaching qualification and/or experience in Physical Education or Sport
-
Valid Police Clearance and safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain)
-
Experience working with primary school learners in a structured, supportive way
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
