The Compass Learnership Programme is designed to provide youth with workplace exposure and a formal qualification, helping them find purpose and direction in their careers.
🧭 About This Learnership
You will be placed within the Facilities/Property Management team, supporting the management of housing units and infrastructure across the Communicare portfolio.
Key responsibilities and learning outcomes will include:

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
