Minimum Requirements:

A progressive, innovative approach to teaching Accounting in a differentiated classroom

Strong knowledge of IEB assessment procedures

Experience marking Matric exams in Accounting (advantageous)

Passion for staying updated with trends in education and technology

Ability to collaborate with colleagues across phases to develop innovative curriculum strategies

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Ability to work independently

Commitment to continuous professional development and mentoring
