Programme Overview
BMW Group South Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed graduates to join the 2026 Graduate Programme at the BMW Plant or Vehicle Distribution Centre in Rosslyn, Pretoria.
The programme is designed for graduates who will complete their studies by the end of 2025, or who have graduated within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed.

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:

Have a completed or soon-to-be completed degree (by end of 2025)

Have an average of 65% or above

Be currently unemployed

Be willing to relocate or work at the Rosslyn site in Pretoria
