Job Purpose
To interpret business requirement specifications and translate them into detailed system design specifications to enable the development of innovative, flexible, and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret and document business/systems requirements clearly and accurately for all stakeholders.

Create and maintain use cases, swagger documentation, and functional specification documents.

Participate in JAD sessions, project and stakeholder meetings.

Ensure models follow UML best practices (e.g., Sequence Diagrams, Context Diagrams).

Collaborate on system enhancements and new solution implementations.

Perform system testing and requirements mapping.
-
Keep documentation updated and aligned with ongoing changes.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of both business and IT domains.

Skills & Experience Required
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
✅ 3-year IT qualification (degree or diploma)
✅ Strong understanding of:

UML (Sequence Diagrams, Low-Level Design Documents, Context Diagrams)

API Integration (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON
-
SQL (basic to intermediate level)
-
SDLC and documentation best practices
✅ Exposure to C#, Java, Swagger docs, XSDs (advantageous)
✅ Ability to work independently with stakeholders and in cross-functional teams
