Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing the entire sports programme
-
Organising and supervising sports events, including inter-house and official league matches
-
Coaching across multiple sporting disciplines
-
Liaising with parents, students, and visitors to the campus
-
Budgeting for and managing sports equipment
-
Supervising and managing sports coaches
-
Serving as Physical Education Teacher for Grades 1–7
-
Planning and executing internal and external sporting events
Competencies, Skills & Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, students, and parents
-
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
-
Good organisational and administrative abilities
-
Computer literate
-
Effective team player
-
First Aid Training required
-
Willingness to accompany teams to fixtures

Skilled in coaching and officiating (refereeing/umpiring)
Qualifications:
-
A recognised Degree and/or Diploma in Sports Management, or
-
A Teaching Qualification with Physical Education as a subject

SACE registration (advantageous)
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role/environment

Proven ability to coach sports
-
Experience in organising sporting events is essential
