Role Overview:

Support the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain/update financial records: accounts payable/receivable, payroll, expense tracking.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy.

  • Prepare financial reports: balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.

  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

  • Support finance admin tasks and collaborate on financial projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
