About the Role
ADvTECH’s Emeris Online Centre is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Call Centre Operators (Fixed-Term Contract) during the registration period. Emeris consolidates resources from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales and follow-up calls with prospective students.

  • Confirm whether students meet entry requirements and offer alternatives if needed.

  • Capture and manage student information in the database.

  • Book consultations for Student Advisors (Distance).

  • Provide detailed course information and manage conversion rates.

  • Respond to student queries and perform confirmation or reschedule calls.

  • Assist with marketing, administration, and database capturing tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric essential; tertiary qualification recommended.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Admin, Marketing, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.

  • Skills:

    • High accuracy in data capturing and typing

    • Excellent telephone communication

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
