About the Role

Citi South Africa is inviting graduates to join its one-year Learnership Graduate Program in Investment Banking. This exciting programme is designed for recent graduates ready to bring classroom knowledge into the corporate world, gain exposure to global financial markets, and kickstart a long-term career in banking.

During the year-long programme, graduates will:

  • Gain practical work experience across various Citi businesses.

  • Be sponsored for a postgraduate qualification relevant to their field.

  • Have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within the organisation.


Who Should Apply?

  • Graduates with an undergraduate degree (GPA 65% & above) or a master’s degree in any discipline.

  • Maximum 1 year of work experience (optional).

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Passion for learning and a genuine interest in global finance and investment banking.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.

  • Desire to develop deep knowledge of the financial industry.
