Key Responsibilities

As the front-line representative, your role will include:

Managing all front-desk duties: answering, directing, and forwarding calls.
Handling email correspondence and website enquiries.
Ordering and reconciling office supplies (stationery, groceries, cartridges, etc.).
Assisting the CFO with day-to-day office needs such as printing, filing, and processing invoices.
Supporting the Marketing Department with stock management and deliveries.
Helping HR with scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submission of reconciliations and invoices.
Providing general administrative support across departments.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Previous experience in reception/administration is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and deadline-driven.
Professional, customer-focused attitude.
