Role Overview:

Provide tailored remedial support to Grades 3 to 7 students with diverse learning needs
-
Run an independent practice including billing parents directly
-
Assess, plan, and implement individualized remedial programs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct student assessments and develop intervention plans
-
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in Literacy, Mathematics, and other areas
-
Write reports and maintain accurate student records
-
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
-
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Communicate regularly with parents and teachers
Requirements:
-
Undergraduate degree in Education (Intermediate or Senior Phase)
-
Relevant Postgraduate degree/certification in Remedial Therapy, Special Education, or related field
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Preparatory School setting

Registered and in Good Standing with SACE
-
Strong knowledge of learning difficulties, assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions
