Position Overview
The Academic Administrator provides administrative support to the academic department, ensuring smooth coordination of academic projects, learner records, and staff communication.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update student records.

File Portfolios of Evidence (POEs).

Coordinate academic projects and departmental activities.

Handle learner queries professionally.

Provide general administrative support to staff.

Facilitate communication between staff and learners.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum tertiary qualification: Higher Certificate (administration or related field).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

ICAS (Integrated Campus Administration System) literacy.
