Key Responsibilities

Manage refunds and bookings-related matters.

Ensure completed work adheres to governance and legislation.

Assist in preparing tariffs for financial transactions.

Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ethical conduct, and rewarding relationships.

Identify and resolve queries related to financial services.
-
Maintain proper record-keeping systems.

Manage and control monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial balancing.

Coordinate all ICT-related issues.

Apply new knowledge gained from training and development opportunities in daily duties.

Resolve queries in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with policies and principles related to financial services.
Qualifications & Experience

Education:
-
Grade 12
-
Diploma/National Diploma in Finance, Administration, IT, or related field.

Experience:

5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or financial services role.

Other Requirements:

Computer literacy skills.
-
Valid Driver’s License.
