Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)

  • 2+ years in customer service or visitor-facing roles

  • 2+ years in order administration or general admin tasks

  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to communicate in more than one language

  • Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced settings


🧾 Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist drivers, clients, and visitors at front reception

  • Issue access documents and process daily access permissions

  • Monitor visitor entrance and control movement

Order & Access Administration

  • Handle order processing with accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records using the Agrigrain system

  • Report variances on orders and assess client-related issues

Office Coordination & Communication

  • Answer and route telephone calls professionally

  • Manage parcel and donation documentation

  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
