About the Role

The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government seeks qualified individuals to provide administrative support services across various facilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical support services.

  • Support supply chain clerical functions within the component.

  • Assist with personnel administration tasks.

  • Provide financial administration support services.

Competencies & Skills

  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, data capturing, statistics, and computer operations.

  • Understanding of legislative frameworks governing the Public Service.

  • Skills: Written and verbal communication, literacy, numeracy, presentation, decision-making, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, flexibility, planning, and organisation.
