ADMINISTRATION CLERK: HRM (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ADVERTISING)


Location: Groote Schuur Hospital, Observatory
Closing Date: 06 October 2025

Salary: R228 321 per annum


Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent)

Experience:

  • Experience in administering the Staff Performance Management System (SPMS) and Advertising

Competencies (Knowledge / Skills):

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

  • Competency in PERSAL system

  • Good verbal and written communication skills


Duties

  • Assist with correct implementation of the SPMS system at Groote Schuur Hospital

  • Correct implementation of pay and grade progression and instating on PERSAL

  • Administer applications for Other Remunerative Work (ORW)

  • Ensure effective storage and safekeeping of documents

  • Assist with timely and accurate advertising of posts

  • Assist with Permis training

  • Perform other HRM tasks and provide relief in other sections as required
