Minimum Requirements

Criteria Details
Education Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
Preferred National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Development
Experience 1–2 years in HR management environment
Advantageous Public Service Education & Training (PSET) experience

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment & selection processes

  • Handle appointments, transfers, service terminations

  • Implement and manage conditions of service and employee benefits

  • Oversee personnel & salary administration

  • Administer PMDS (Performance Management Development System)

  • Assist with IQMS and staff training coordination

  • Manage HR recordkeeping and respond to HR enquiries
