Position Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualification and SACE registration
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Afrikaans FAL up to Grade 12 (NSC level)

Strong understanding of CAPS curriculum, assessment standards, and planning
-
Proven track record of academic excellence and learner success
-
Ability to create engaging, relevant, and challenging lessons

Willingness to contribute to the broader school life
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead design and delivery of Afrikaans FAL aligned with CAPS
-
Prepare Grade 12 learners for NSC exams
-
Build department resources, structures, and culture
-
Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with school vision
