Job Summary:

Contribute to the performance of the Call Centre through accurate order taking, monitoring, customer liaison, and communication with internal functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately according to customer information.

  • Ensure correct pricing on all captured orders.

  • Resolve or escalate queries, complaints, and concerns according to procedure.

  • Complete daily filing as per departmental requirements.

  • Complete and communicate all reports timely.

  • Execute workflows according to system requirements.

  • Ensure clients’ needs are met according to their expectations.

  • Liaise with internal and external customers.

  • Maintain and manage distribution and order actions on a daily basis.

  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and fast processing skills.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in FMCG sales environment.

  • Minimum 1 year in sales administration, execution, or call center roles.

  • Previous call center experience is advantageous.
