Internship Details

Post: Financial Management Interns (x3)

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric plus a National Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, or equivalent with majors in:

    • Financial Management

    • Management Accounting

    • Financial Accounting

    • Financial Information Systems (preference given to this major)

  • Good oral & written communication skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)

  • Ability to multitask & work with people


Key Performance Areas

  • Assist in implementing GRAP and financial reporting reforms

  • Support general financial management duties

  • Assist with reconciliations & financial analysis

  • Assist in developing reports as per MFMA (including statistical analysis)

  • Placement across various sections of the department

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
