About the Programme

Arnot OpCo is offering a 36-month graduate candidacy programme designed to build technical competence, workplace readiness, and industry-specific expertise. Successful applicants will work towards professional registration in one of the following fields:

Electrical Engineering – GCC
Mine Managers Certificate of Competency – MMC
Mine Survey – GCC

Who Should Apply

This programme is aimed at ambitious graduates who are:

South African citizens, unemployed, and aged 18–35.
Holders of a Degree, Advanced Diploma, N6 Diploma, or BTech in a relevant field.
With a strong academic record and no criminal record.
Residents of host communities (proof required).

Skills & Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents:

Certified copy of valid South African ID.
Certified copies of qualifications.
Brief, updated CV.
Letter from the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) confirming candidacy acceptance.
Proof of residence (from tribal office or municipality – for host community applicants).

📌 Note: Candidates who have previously participated in a similar programme are not eligible. Shortlisted candidates must pass a medical exam and background check.
