About the Programme
Sandvik Mining, a global leader in mining and infrastructure equipment, tools, and technical solutions, invites applications for its Artisan Bridge Learner Programme.
This 12-month opportunity provides qualified artisans with advanced product training and hands-on experience in mining machinery rebuild and maintenance, enhancing competitiveness in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities

Comply with the relevant employment agreement or award.

Attend and perform work as directed.

Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior.

Follow all lawful instructions.

Work toward achieving the required training competencies.

Undertake assessments and maintain training records.
Profile Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Science or equivalent qualification.

Minimum N2 Engineering Studies (compulsory).
-
Qualified Millwright (preferred).
-
Electricians will also be considered.

Section 13 Trade Certificate / Section 26D Trade Certificate with POE / Proof of Modules / Proof of Apprenticeship (compulsory).

Physically and medically fit for a mining environment.

Proof of vaccination certificate must be attached.
Preference Will Be Given To Candidates From:
Secunda, Ogies, Middleburg, Ulundi, Witbank, Delmas, Piet Retief, Burgersfort, Lydenburg, Springbok, Kathu, and Lime Acres.
