Job Description
Masibambane College is seeking a compassionate and qualified Auxiliary Social Worker to support the emotional and social well-being of students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and adolescents in a school environment and able to collaborate with staff, students, and families.
Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in Social Work
-
Registration with SACSSP
-
Experience working in a school setting or with children and teens (essential)

Proven ability to support students’ social and emotional development
-
Ability to relate well to adolescents and facilitate group sessions
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively
-
Identify and connect with stakeholder resources to support students

Strong understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality, and discretion
