• AVBOB, in partnership with the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA), is offering a 12-month Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme for unemployed individuals.
• This programme offers valuable workplace experience and training for those who are passionate about pursuing a career in the insurance industry.

🔹 Programme Highlights

• Duration: 12 months
• Monthly stipend provided
• Workplace experience + industry-relevant training

🔹 Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must:
  • Have a completed Grade 12 (matric) qualification
  • Have passed English, and one of the following: Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Not have participated in a previous learnership
  • Not be currently enrolled in any formal education or training
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Possess basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet is advantageous)
  • Be able to work independently and show initiative
  • Hold South African citizenship
